In the series, it’s rather obvious that Kouta really wants to bone Chizuru. The characters deal immediately with the fact that the way they behave is not accepted in their surroundings, but they are in love enough not to care.

What I love about Kanokon is that the series is very sexually ‘open’. I find it rather surprising that the same director and writer of the series produced the OVA, because I honestly feel like they didn’t even understand the core series.
